This situation will result in players having a mediocre base prone to attacks and troops that cannot take down even a level 2 or 3 hordes. The dilemma with this game is that nothing gets accomplished if the player becomes too overwhelmed with the tasks. After that there are no more moves allowed. You have 2 chances to do this before the 5 days / level 10 is reached. Your base will be moved to a random location in this state and it will now be your new home state. Tap this and follow the prompts to complete the move. Once you are in the map view of the state that you want to move to you should find any empty plot of land and tap on it. If you don't know the state you want to go to you can tap the Map icon on the right of the screen to see an overview of your state and then tap the globe icon in the bottom right to browse other states. Tap GO TO to change the view to the new state. If you know the number of the state that you want to move to, you can now tap on the co-ordinates bar at the top top open a search box and change the State number to your desired target. Tap on the wilderness icon in the lower if if you are not already in the map view. To move to a state you will need to go to the World Map. After wither of these level sis reached the relocator items will disappear. But they must be used within 5 days of you starting the game and before you reach a headquarters level of 10. When you start you will find in your backpack (inventory) 2 Rookie Relocator items, these will let you change state to any one of your choice. The game has an option to change state but there is a restriction.
You may find through that you want to be able to join friends or team up with another game of your own in a particular state. Over time new states are added to accommodate new players. When you start a new game you will begin your play through in the latest state to be added.
